Be mine


Well I decide after yesterdays post to stop feeling sorry for myself and to just get on and make something! The list of challenges I have made this for are listed at the end of the post.

This little image is from pink cat studios they have so many cute digi images and rubber stamps you should check it out. The backing paper is from a stack of papers I got made by 'my minds eye' great value for money from the range £7.99 for 36 sheets of 12'x12' paper! I'm also trying to use some of my neglected craft items, so I used my bloom dots embossing folder and old ribbon I've had for ages but not really used.


I'm not entirely happy with the end result of this card, but leave me a comment to let me know what you
think. Thanks for all your nice comments.

Challenges
Paper take weekly = Bloom and grow
abc dt challenge = April showers bring May flowers
One stitch at a time = Anything goes

Edited to add: I have edited the picture using picasa 3 thanks to the post over on Mary J's blog brilliant software and its FREE!!

    Don't know what happened yesterday, but you seem to be picking yourself up. I like the cute "ladybird" stamp and I will be checking out the Pink Cat Studios website. I hope they ship to Germany.Thanks for sharing your card.

    Hello Sarah1 Wow, you are one quick learner honey! The photo looks brilliant - very vibrant!

    I love your card honey! Not sure why you're not happy with it! The only thing I might do is add some shadowing around the image - perhaps using a very light green or a pale yellow? but love it as it is!
