What's Cooking?

Hi,

Please see the end of this post for the list of challenges I'm entering this card into.

Back to my old faithful kraft card stock! But it does go with this cute little monkey doesn't it! (think that justifies me using it :)  He is another of my favorites digital images from Polly craft I have used a number of Chester monkey images before.

I have to say his sausage has to be a veggie one! (as I'm a vegetarian) but I think I may have made it look to much like meat :)

I have added dimension to his cute little chef hat by cutting out a second hat 'embossing' it (if that's the correct term) and sticking it down with silicone glue.

Well wasn't I a brave little crafter today! I decided this card must not have kraft card stock, as I have used it on most of my previous cards. But I ended up being especially brave and using acetate!

The ticket is a free digi stamp from Marit, she has loads of free digis go over and check them out, she also makes the most amazing cards. I just love this little image, it is such fun to colour this little fellows in and look at his cute little frog!

I'm quite pleased with the little puddle he is stood in, I drew it and then cut it out by hand. I have used one of my Tim Holtz distressing ink pads to ink the edge of it :)

Hello again my crafting buddies!

Please see the end of this post for the challenges I'm entering this card into.

Well even though it doesn't actually feel like summer here today in the UK (even though it is the longest day!) my card is a summer holiday card! Another gorgeous image from Polly craft I had forgotten him (can you believe it!) I was just looking through all my digi images and found him and thought how perfect he is for this card!

Hi all,
I've been a bit quiet again sorry another busy week along with a nasty cough and cold! The list of challenges I'm entering this card into are at the bottom of this post.

I love this digi from LORi he is sooooo cute and I also like the fact that it looks like a photo, I love the simple cuteness of Lori's images. I think that as he is a cowboy he goes well with kraft card stock and of course it is one of my favorites to use.

I forgot to take any pictures of the inside of this card, but  I have put the spotty yellow paper on the inside firstly because it looks nice if you finish cards off inside and also because I've done a little stitching on the front ( I still have the 'we r memory keepers' sew easy on my wish list).

I also used one of these lovely pins I got the other week they are from Tim Holtz, I just love them this one says momento (sorry you can't really see from the picture).

Please leave a comment to let me know what you think, I really do appreciate hearing what you have to say about my creations.

Hi all,

I had fun playing with this cute little image from Pollycraft it is a free digi image and I just love it! For all the challenges I'm entering this card in please see the end of this post.

I was trying to make him look like a blue tit, but I'm not sure if perhaps his cute little face is a little dark?!
I used this cute paper with little bird cages on it which is new from a company I hadn't heard of before 'First addition' and it's called bird song.

I have added dimension to the image by layering the head and flower with silicone glue.

I really appreciate your comments so please leave me one to let me know what you think.

WOOHOO!

I'm very excited about this!

I made the top 3 over  at Polly craft challenges (biggest smile on my face)
It's for the card below with the cute teddy on it.

Sorry I have been a little quiet the last week or so, I have been mega busy. Firstly I had another 'commission' my sister regularly orders 10 cards in one go which do take a little time to do. Secondly I spent 2 full days on a first aid course last week, which included homework. I have done the course several times before and I was pleasantly surprised how much I remember, think of my on Friday I have my assessment.

Will be back soon with a card
