Friend!
Click above to see larger image |
Well another card for several challenges. I know I seem to be using this Anya a lot, but I just love her!
The first challenge is from over at Polly Craft Challenges the challenge was Friends. All my life animals have been my friends so I thought that Anya with these two little cuties fitted it very well!
The third from Fab n' Funky was 'Shabby chic' the paper in the background's flowers and it's muted colours screamed shabby chic to me.
Finally it is for Allsorts Challenge the challenge was 'Special Lady', this card could be for either my mum or my sister who are both very special ladies in my life! Also Anya is a very special lady in my eyes ;)

Now for the interesting revelation, I think this card is the first time I have used my copics colour in the way I have always wanted to and I think the way they are supposed to be used! I have had them for almost 2 years and I continue to learn how about them every time I use them!
I love to hear what you have to say about my creations so please let me know what you think by leaving a comment.

Pastels & Spring
Can you believe it my second card in as many days! If you follow me long enough you'll learn that it's either famine or feast with me!
This card is for the two challenges, first over at Colour Create Challenges the challenge is pastels, second for the challenge over at Outlawz which was spring! What says spring more than pastel ice creams!!!! Also the picture was taken out in the spring sunshine that we are having today in the UK.
I started off sticking closely to the pastel challenge colouring the little ice creams with my copics. They are from a set I got ages ago but have hardly used from my cute stamps. The sentiment is a rub on ( can't remeber where I got it from now!) but fits perfectly, ice creams + melt my heart = CUTE!!!!
I had to use the background paper as it just went so well, but it isn't exactly pastels. Close enough though!

Girlie!
Hi all.
I found three challenges that I wanted to take part in today and strangely they were practically the same thing. The first challenge is for Simon saysI have looked at this blog regularly but this is the first time I have taken part, the challenge is mothers day/ girlie.
The second challenge blog is My time to Craft Challenge this is ladies day. The final challenge that I took part in was for Fab 'n' Funky I wanted to try a different shape card then normal (this fitted the challenge for Fab 'n' Funky perfectly) and slightly different colours, I seem to always us kraft card stock and pinks and aqua's.
I think this little Anya is both a lady and girlie! Obviously I used my copics to colour little Anya in.
Please leave a comment and let me know what you think.

New Home
I'm not entirely happy with this finished card, I feel it is lacking something and I don't know what it is?
I knew I wanted to go for a plain card with not much colour. I wanted to use this new stamp set I have from Hero arts and what better way to use it than for a Hero arts challenge.
The three choices to join in with the challenge were:
- Birthday
- Stamped envelopes
- Layered background technique
Please leave a comment and let me know what you think.

2 Challenges in 1!
This is my first card on this blog, and it is for two challenges both are colour challenges.
The first challenge came from Dutch Dare Card Challenges which was a picture of jewellery and fabric etc which was all blues and browns, the second was from Copic Creations the challenge was the blues.
I was able to combine all my craft loves in this card, stamping, copic colouring and my cricut imagine (the paper at the bottom is printed from my cricut). I really love this image to colour, and it works so well with both the challenge colours. It has been slightly colder again which help with the inspiration for this card.
Would love to hear what you think, so please leave me a comment.
